Late Arrival Policy
Running late? Please give us a call.
We offer a 15-minute grace period.
Late arrival may reduce your session time accordingly.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule based on availability.
Rescan Policy
Packages that include rescans must be used within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
Rescans are available weekdays only and are subject to scheduling availability.
